Schönes Apartment im Stadtteil Palermo, Buenos Aires Apartment für Tango-Urlaub in Argentinien,
zentral und ruhig im schönen Stadtteil Palermo von Buenos Aires gelegen.
Das Apartment liegt zugleich in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Milongas Canning
(Mo, Mi, Fr) sowie La Estrella (Mi, Fr, Sa, So) sind von Apartment aus in
wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zur Plaza Italia sind es nur
rund 150 Meter. Von dort aus kann man mit U-Bahn oder Bus in kurzer Zeit
in das Zentrum der Stadt (Avenida 9 de Julio, Corrientes) gelangen.
Das Apartment befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoß und ist sehr ruhig, da es
nicht zur Straße, sondern zur Innenhofseite liegt. Das Apartment besteht
aus einem 20 m2 großen Wohn-/Schlafraum sowie Bad mit Dusche und Küche.
Das Apartment wurde 2002 komplett erneuert. Der neu versiegelte Parkettboden
des Wohnraumes ist für häusliches Tanztraining ideal geeignet. TV,
CD-Kassetten-Radio, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine.

Lunallena "petit-hotel-tanguero", Buenos Aires Lunallena liegt in Palermo Hollywood, einem sehr schoenen, gruenen und dennoch zentralem Stadtteil von Buenos Aires. Mit vielen Bars und Restaurants und vor allem, vielen Milongas. (Canning, La Viruta, La Glorieta, Unitango, La Milonguita...) Das Haus ist sehr geraeumig, mit eigenem Tanzsaal, grosser kompletter Kueche, hat aber nur vier Gaestezimmer. Diese haben alle grosse, bequeme Matrazen, einen Wandsafe, Deckventilatoren und Fenster mit Mosquitonetzen und eigene Badezimmer. Es gibt mehrere Dachterrassen, mit vielen Pflanzen und Teakholzmoebeln (Liegestuehle und Essbereiche). Es liegt mehr im Zentrum unmittelbar bei der U-Bahn-Station San José, um die Ecke ist die berühmte Milonga von Donnerstag nachts "El Ninio Bien" und ein paar Blocks weiter die neue Milonga am Mittwoch nachts "La nazional". Mit dem Bus 160 um die Ecke bist Du 10 Mn von "El Beso". |
